With over 1,100 medals distributed it’s time to start minting
NFT4Play is a Play2Earn gaming platform that enables players to collect and trade generative art NFT cards and then play against each other in tournaments for prizes.
We have now distributed over 1,300 medals via our INOs, airdrop campaigns and via the membership pool. It is now time to start minting your cards to build your first team.
This medium article will explain what NFT4Play Soccer Cards are, what to look for with your card and how to check the number and type of medals you have.

NFT Soccer Playing Cards Explained
NFT Soccer Playing Cards will be used to play soccer games on the NFT4Play platform. They are generative art playing cards with examples shown below.
There are Attributes and Skills associated with each card.
Attributes are visual and include the border, background, body features (e.g. hair, glasses), shirt, shorts, socks, shoes, gloves and ball.
Skills or Levels are visible on the card and include Card Level, Goalkeeper, Defence, Midfield, Attack and Stamina.
This article is not intended to provide a full explanation of the cards and game but we are going to give you some hints as to what to look for as you build your team.
- Border: The border will show you if your card is Green, Silver, Gold, VIP (black) or Legendary (purple).
TOP TIP: VIP cards have a better chance of getting higher skill levels than Green Cards, but its is possible for Green Cards to be better than VIP Cards.
- Goalkeepers wear gloves, it is always worth having a Goalkeeper in the team.
- Professional teams wear the same kit.
TOP TIP: If all your players are dressed the same they will be considered to be a professional team.
When your card is generated it starts at Card Level 1 and you will randomly be assigned skill points to each of your skills. Skill points range between 1–10 for Green Cards, 2–10 for Silver Cards, 3–10 for Gold Cards and 4–10 for VIP and Legendary Cards.
In future Cards will be upgradeable to Card Level 10 and each upgrade will enable you to get a random number of skill points (max 10) that can be allocated to skills.
Reviewing Card Attributes and Skills
Card Attributes and Skills can be viewed on NFTrade. Cards are tradable immediately after they are generated.This gives players the opportunity to trade cards with each other on NFTrade ahead of the game launch, enabling you to build your perfect team.
TOP TIP: Build a “professional” team in the same kit, with players that have skills for each position. Don’t forget to find a goalkeeper with a high goalkeeping skill score!
How to get your medals and mint your cards
Medals are earned by being a member, airdropped as rewards into your wallet or bought at INO or from NFT4Play (for Legendary Cards).
Step 1 — Connect your wallet
Go to app.nft4play.com and connect your wallet. If you have medals in your wallet they will show in the top information bar in the medal count section.
TOP TIP: Members receive a medal every Monday at 12h00 UTC. These can be claimed by clicking on the Claim Button in the Medals Earned section of your membership summary.
Step 2 — Mint your NFT Playing Cards
In order to Mint your NFT playing card you must be a member on the platform. Membership requires a fully refundable deposit of at least $25 in the membership pool. Click here to read about the rewards received for being a member.
TOP TIP: Green Membership allows you to mint any level of card.
You can mint your NFT Playing Card using Medals, Stablecoin or 4PLAY tokens after TGE. When buying cards with 4PLAY tokens a discount will apply. Each level of card has its own Minting section to avoid confusion. Also, when minting Green, Silver and Gold Cards there is a 5% chance that you will get a card that is one level higher.
Once minted you can view and and trade your cards on NFTrade.
