Introduction and Overview
Leaderboards and Tournaments have launched on the NFT4Play Platform for the Penalty Shootout Game. This adds more ways for Players to win and get rewarded on the platform. In addition to the rewards generated from PvP games, a weekly leaderboard will allow the top teams to win prizes.
How to Participate
Each wallet is considered a “Team”. Like any soccer team you can change your players from game to game. For your team to participate in Tournaments there is a joining fee. Once you join the Leaderboard your team will be entered into the Tournament.
TOP TIP: Increase your chances of winning by entering multiple teams and playing with all of them.
At the moment the joining fee will allow you to join future Tournaments, however in future the joining fee will be weekly.
Divisions
There are 10 divisions. At launch only Division 10 is active, but as soon as we release Card Upgrades and Divisions these will automatically be included in the Leaderboard. A team (wallet) is automatically eligible for all divisions in the Leaderboard once joined.
Prizes are distributed per division.
Winning Prizes
Points are accrued for each match as follows:
- Win: 3 points
- Draw: 1 point
- Loose: 0 points
Points are only accrued from the time you join the leaderboard.
At the end of each week prizes will be given out in each division as follows:
- First — Gold Medal
- Second — Silver Medal
- Third — Green Medal
- Player of the Week (Random) — Gold Medal
TOP TIP: In addition we will publish 4PLAY prizes from time-to-time so keep an eye on social media channels.
If players draw in points, we then look at games won and drawn and then pick a random leader if all else is equal.
Our decision regarding winners is final and we do not enter into correspondence about this.
